If the damages are really high; $100,000, and we’re just talking about the negotiation with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, then that at-fault driver may have $15,000 in liability coverage. Well, then, the value of that negotiation is $15,000, no matter how much damage you have. So, it’s really, the underlying damage consideration with an eye to the amount of insurance liability at issue.
