What Happens After I Hire You?

At the time we decide to work together on a personal injury case, we get a medical authorization signed by you. We need that in order to request the medical records and bills from the medical providers that you saw after the accident.

We also review the police report, and if necessary we might do a visit to the scene of the accident to see for ourselves and put everything in perspective.

We look at the law and look at the jury instructions so that we can go about proving our case with the facts for the court and the legal arguments we want to make in trial. We start delving into the facts of your case and the law as it pertains to your case, and get ready to prepare to fight for your best possible recovery.
