Reno personal injury attorney Jess P. Rinehart is an associate of Leverty & Associates Law, Chtd. Mr. Rinehart counsels clients and is experienced, knowledgeable and well-versed in personal injury law and the pitfalls facing clients when insurance companies get involved.
Mr. Rinehart specializes in civil litigation, probate, and estate planning. He was raised in Reno, Nevada, and graduated from Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. After high school, he attended Arizona State University, where he was a member of the Accounting Honor Society and graduated cum laude in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Mr. Rinehart then attended Creighton University School of Law where he was a member and officer of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He graduated from Creighton in the Summer of 2009 and moved back to his hometown of Reno, Nevada.

Mr. Rinehart became a member of the Nevada State Bar in the fall of 2009. He is licensed to practice law in both the state and federal Courts of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been working at Leverty and Associates Law, Chtd. since August 2009.
Mr. Rinehart is deeply committed to his local community and finds ways to be of service and give back. He loves his hometown and wants to see residents thrive.
“Having grown up here, I like the small town feel where it seems like everyone knows each other or has mutual friends. I moved back to the Reno area after law school because of the weather, the outdoors, and the mountains.”
When not in the office, Mr. Rinehart enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He coaches his two sons’ soccer and Little League teams. He also enjoys hiking, golf, travel, and many outdoor activities.
