Keeping Clients Informed

We are committed to making sure that you, our client is fully informed about the status and progress of your personal injury case.

Though accident cases are contingency fee cases, one way we keep our clients informed is that we maintain our billing records contemporaneously. We will send a monthly statement to the client which will show the hourly work, and what kind of work is being performed. This gives the client an idea of what’s happening in the case each month and provides a framework to ask any questions.

We don’t expect the billing statement to be paid (it always shows a zero amount on their fees) but we are communicating with the client about the work that is being done.

If they have any questions about what exactly we mean by the bills or what we’re doing, specifically, they’re always welcome to call us up and ask us. We welcome that, so that we’re all on the same page with the case activity and progress.

We will also provide intermittent updates by email, and then also by phone calls with questions or details about the status of the case.
